Delivery time
Because our product is customized just for you, please allow 3-9 business days (depending on product type) for production and packaging, then start shipping from our facility. The tracking number will be sent to you via email after that.
The average shipping time is 15-21 business days for domestic orders and 19-25 business days for international orders. The shipping time depends on many factors such as weather, locations, etc., therefore, we can only provide average numbers.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days (2-4 business days) in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
